You will receive clear and edited audio files of your IVR/phone tree script. I will split the audio into separate files for each branch of the phone tree. I will deliver high-quality WAV or Mp3 files, and will send directly via Upwork. Often my turnaround time is closer to 24 hours, but just incase I have a lot of bookings, I ask for max. 48 hours for completion.
