Need an Explainer Animator to explain a complex project.

Animator and Motion Designer Needed for Animated Explainer Video and Motion Ad
Sabbir completed 1/2 of my project successfully. I appreciated his quick turnaround on the first video but the second longer video had a lot of challenges. He let me know after the fact that the illustration storyboard was not prepped correctly for his skill set (I have not had issues with this in the past) and I wish he had asked to see the file first, as this delayed delivery but also compromised the quality of the end result. When communicating back and forth, I found Sabbir to be short sometimes; I believe he told me "lots of change request buddy" in response for the first full round submission notes. When asked if he wanted to continue he said "Honestly, no" but then said he would finish. We decided to go in a different direction due to his responses as he did not seem motivated and I did not want to delay the delivery further if we wouldn't get to the best end result. I do not think ill of Sabbir I would just make sure you have him check the file before starting and be careful of changes that happen as part of the process.
