If caused by my mistakes, such as

- Misread the text,
- Missing words/lines,

- Minor changes due to small modifications of script/video
Revision request with the following criteria are NOT included in the free revision:
- Modification of script and duration
- If you decide to change the tone or style of the entire VO after the delivery

Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Eileen can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Eileen receives requirements from you.
Eileen works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Submit all supporting materials.
Please send all the necessary files for me as a reference to start working on the project. This includes the FINAL script (any script modification will result in extra charge for revision), video/audio, images, instructions and voice style reference.
Record and deliver.
Technically, recording your script may not take too long, but considering I also have orders from other clients in the queue to work on, this may take time- but should still deliver within the due date set at the beginning of the order purchase.
