Create a seamlessly looping 4K video file, to be used as a background plate
Muhammad was great. I got the exact deliverable I was looking for, in less than a day. He provided additional help in advice on how to incorporate the asset into my Premiere project, and although we had only agreed to deliver a finished video file, he provided the source after effect project, which gives me additional flexibility.

3D Render Product Presentation Video
I regret to leave a negative review for this freelancer, but the experience was disappointing. We initially discussed a clear script and I made it clear that I could not provide a STEP or OBJ file, but we agreed the freelancer would handle this. We also agreed the project length would be slightly shorter than planned, and settled on a fair contract price.
Throughout the process, I requested progress updates at least five times, but the freelancer refused, which led to a first delivery that was completely off-target. When I pointed this out, the freelancer was dismissive and shifted the blame to me. Eventually, we had to change the project scope to something simpler.
After one month of delays, the freelancer finally delivered the second version just a day before a scheduled marketing meeting. The video was poor quality and lacked coherence. My entire team agreed it was unacceptable, and it was clear the freelancer didn’t understand the task. This was my first bad experience on Upwork in five years. While I hope the freelancer can succeed in other areas, they are not suited for high-quality render videos.
