Waqar is a competent freelancer who can design websites and implement changes for short-term projects. He was very enjoyable to collaborate with; however, he unfortunately did not fully utilize all available resources to effectively navigate a new plugin. I initiated the project at a fixed rate, which doubled by the conclusion of the contract. The website was not operational when he requested that I begin paying a maintenance fee. Initially, I found him to be exceptional, but as he managed up to eight projects simultaneously, it became increasingly difficult for him to address minor tasks such as correcting misplaced images and item descriptions. I believe Waqar possesses significant potential and is well-suited for smaller-scale projects.
