I had a tight deadline ; he delivered ahead of schedule and was very professional and quick in communication. I requested one revision, and the turn-around was within an hour. Video Editing for Car Channel
I've had a terrible experience with this freelancer. The very first video we worked on went well, the quality was up to standard and he met the deadlines. Moving forward every video that was assigned to him was late and it seemed like it was rushed. For one video about 24 revisions were needed, which I consider is a bit too much for a 10min video.
I give this freelancer 48 hours to complete a video, however I'm waiting about 7 days to even receive the video, he will continually tell you the video is nearly finished but will take several days and lie to you. Sometimes our videos are 12min in length which I can understand if they take a bit longer but shouldn't be taking several days.
In addition he will claim that I 'stole his money' and because he's not fluent in english he actually means that I 'didn't pay him' which is false. I told him that I will pay for both videos all together once I receive the other video I assigned to him which the deadline was for tomorrow (I've used this type of payment method with him before) as assurance for myself because keep in mind he's been missing the deadlines for DAYS since that 1st video. After I told him this he agreed and 'continued working' and once again he kept telling me the video is nearly finished and I still haven't received it till this day.
I have screenshots to provide proof for this. I wouldn't put my trust in this freelancer.
