Snehil knew the basics of what I needed but had a few more things to learn. However, he was willing to work at trying to complete the project however he could, even if it took longer than he anticipated. Luckily I had a flexible deadline which he still met anyway. I gave him a bonus for being cooperative and willing to keep trying until I was happy.
