I am an English/ Japanese translator currently based in Germany.
I mainly translate and proofreading business/marketing and IT-related content, design and arts, fashion, interior and architect as well. I also have experience with clients in various fields such as hotels and restaurants, tourism, music industries, gaming and apps, customer supports and basic legal.

I always try to find the correct and matching word and phrase in the language and culture. In my work, what I take care of when translating into a country and language with the particular cultural background of Japan is to make sure that the writing is natural and eloquent.

I am a native Japanese and have lived in the U.S. Also, I have had 4 years of my American business school education. I graduated the University of Massachusetts Lowell and worked at a German manufacture company in Tokyo as a marketing specialist. I have over 20 years experience in marketing field. I translated news releases, corporate site, branding pages, interviews and advertisement from English to Japanese.
Since I moved to Germany in 2017, I report some German exhibitions in Messe and write the European interior design trends to Japanese magazines, hotels, and travel journals.
