This step is to level-set me on the scope of the overall work product, to gain an understanding of the type of work you're bidding on with your prospective client, and to understand the type of product or service you're covering in your proposal.
Complete a holistic review of all proposal draft materials.
After gaining an understanding of the requirements, I will read through all draft proposal files end-to-end without making any edits. This is purely a first-pass review to gain familiarity with your content.
