More than 20 years working as an executive search consultant (headhunter) means that I have reviewed and assessed thousands of job applications for dozens of different roles, from Board level down, across a wide range of sectors and industries. For example: finance; IT; construction; surveying; FM; marketing; academic research; operations; non executive directors and chair appointments. I know what recruiters and employers are looking for and I am expert at dissecting a Job Description and Person Specification to gain a detailed understanding of the requirements of a role.
