HEALTHCARE PROJECT TRANSITION
I was part of a pilot team in Xavient Information Systems, my third compnay, where I was responsible to set up end-to-end RCM back office process from scratch for various healthcare providers across different specialities. My role included hiring new team members, training them on our PMS software, setting up medical billing team, payment posting team, payer denial and clearing house rejections team, AR team, and coordination with other departments like HR and Admin to ensure seamless operations.
