Bilingual programmer + virtual assistant for small cleaning company and family Fantastic worker and changed my entire opinion on upwork. I'm ending this contract to create a new permanent one as Vitor is now a central part of my company and my plans for moving forward. Brazilian, english-speaking VA for data entry and whatsapp monitoring to start Vitor was perfect and the freelancer I've been looking for. I started off paying him 4$/hour and within 2 weeks I had bumped that up to $8/hour, as he was doing all the work I was assigning to him on top of automating the tasks and leaving me with a long-lasting system that I could use even if I had replaced him. The work I gave him was chaotic, he had to monitor our 4 whatsapp groups, sifting through audio and text messages and putting that data into google sheets that eventually produced reports i could share over whatsapp.

He's brilliant and whatever rate he quotes you is a bargain. Only ending this contract as it was for a specific job, we're hiring Victor for a new role we're creating just for him.
