🌐 As is standard with most law firms, I generally require around five (5) business days to deliver any new project, schedule-permitting. I also offer rush service for 1.5x my traditional hourly rate or fixed project cost and I can provide this service within two business days. I ask that you provide any specific state legal requirements in advance so that appropriate local counsel may be retained, if necessary.
🌐 My projects are performed on an hourly or fixed fee basis. I do not provide free consultations or phone calls to discuss your specific needs until we have signed a contract. I will provide an initial consultation and analysis for a fixed-price of $300. Any time not used will be applied to additional services which you may require or ask for.
