I began my career at the Ministry of Economic Development of the State of Puebla, Mexico in 2000 where I served until 2006. During this time I assisted in various departments, including International Trade and Foreign Investment, Local Trade and Regional Economic Development; and International Suppliers Development. I joined Grupo CETEC in June 2007 where I served as International Academic Director. My duties and responsibilities stretched across all 57 learning centers located throughout Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, El Salvador and San Antonio, Texas to ensure pedagogical and course offering consistency.
I started translating for customers in 2011 and in my previous work, I have translated various documents such as contracts, brochures, websites, training manuals, identification documents, education certificates, business proposals, medical records, among others. Over the years I have been lucky to have important returning customers, such as VIA Metropolitan Transit, Community First Healthcare Plans, Arca Continental (Coca Cola Mexico), The GLIDER Group, Congressman Henry Cuellar, City of Leon Valley, Planned Parenthood South Texas, countless individuals translating documents to submit to DHS and USCIS and various Departments from the City of San Antonio, such as Arts & Culture, City Manager’s Office, Convention & Visitors Bureau, Economic Development, Government & Public Affairs, Management and Budget, Mayor’s Office and Pre-K4SA.
