Research assistant, VOSviewer Unprofessional, never met the deadline even though he claimed that he could (We don't mind if he couldn't follow the schedule but he's supposed to inform us of any problem in advance at least; we worked as a team but wasted time waiting for him alone for a week), and the result of the first task was quite ok but the second was unacceptable. We intended to increase more budget but had to change our mind to find a better choice.
