Dr. James Robert Masterson is MPA Director and Associate Professor of Political Science at Morehead State University. He recently served as the Director of International Education and of MSU's Department of State funded Chinese-American Reading Room at Guangxi University, in Guangxi SAR, PRC. Dr. Masterson has a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati. His research focuses on international relations theory and research methodology with specialization on international political economy.
