Passionate about reading and a language specialist, I have taught students and professionals both English and French and have successfully completed 10 years of experience as a consultant and business manager with a multi-sector approach to various missions.
I can professionally proofread, correct and format any texts in most areas of expertise.
I also do some translation. From French to English, and from English to French.
These last two years I've been offering my services as a freelance document proofreader and editor apart from my day job and the experience was quite thrilling.
Graduated from Université d'Abomey Calavi in 2010, I've done since then, many kinds of jobs. Starting with a bartender position, I quickly shifted to the sales and marketing domain. First in the food and beverage industry, and then in IT and computers.
I've spent years dealing with all kind of customers, practicing my local languages and improving my knowledge of English and French in the professional field.
I started teaching French to foreign Ghanaian and Nigerian students at that time and seeing how good the results were I also taught English in one on one sessions, mainly to professionals who didn't have the time and availability to attend regular classes.
That led me to focus on developing some business on my own, selling computers, home appliance and other kinds of furniture. The adventure was great, and then again I met and exchanged with a lot of people.
All the while, I kept honing my language skills and today I'm able to provide high quality work to clients in need of the skills I've come to master with time.
Nowadays I work as a Sales Manager in an IT firm, but I want to focus more on my passion and start working full-time as a translator, copy editor, copywriter and proofreader.
