I specialize in women's health, weight loss after 45 (UGH!), sugar addiction, menopause, cancer and plant-based diets.

As the founder of several companies, including Step Up To The Plate Nutrition and Rocky Mountain Soap Company, I also offer support to other health practitioners in developing their businesses through my Best Practices Program. I also work with with naturopathic physicians and sports coaches in providing nutrition and meal planning consultations.

I'm a certified English teacher and I support people from around the world to prepare for exams, interviews and to proofread documents, books and applications.
