My most current job was working with an Australian company whose business is about providing financial planning services. I worked as a Financial Planning Assistant to three Financial Advisers. Primarily, my task is to prepare reports for an upcoming Annual Review of the clients. I prepared PPT presentations, generated reports, and did some other tasks related to the clients' review meetings. I was also tasked to prepare documents based on the Statement of Advice for new and ongoing clients. Aside from this, I also processed insurance quotations and did supertrack calls.

I worked in a healthcare account as an Appointment Setter for 3 years and 4 months.

I started working in an industry that builds industrial warehouses. I worked as a bookkeeper months after being promoted to the head of the Accounting Department. Later on with the knowledge I've acquired, I am already confident to look for greater opportunities and I landed in a manufacturing company that exported home accessories & furniture to Asia, US & Europe. After years, I got hired by a bigger company that also exports high-end accessories, bags & furniture. However, due to calamity, the company suffered financial difficulties. Then, I tried to join the teaching profession where I teach basic accounting, management, economics, statistics, business law & taxation at some colleges here in Mandaue City, Cebu. Due to my small earnings as a part-time teacher, I tried to be part of the most common & high job in BPO. Currently, I am working as a Call Center Agent primarily as a Customer Service Representative. I have been in this industry for almost 10 years already.
