I believe that exceptional content writing (especially when it is content for material to boost the client’s business, products or service) starts with letting the client indicates what is needed and then determine through research what are the strong points of the business, products, service or topic. In listening to the client (mostly via email) I determine the client's objectives and purpose with the article. I also get details from the client regarding the target audience and with the client decide on the tone of the article.
