This job is primarily intended for long-form academic texts, such as a graduate-level research paper, an essay for a journal or edited collection, a dissertation chapter, etc. However, there are additional options for even longer forms, such as thesis/dissertation and book manuscripts.
You will receive a carefully proofread and edited copy (.doc or .docx) of your manuscript, showing tracked changes and feedback, plus one "clean" copy with all edits/changes already accepted.
Standard features with every order:
• Proofreading includes basic correction of spelling, grammar, syntax, etc.
• Light rewriting includes sentence-level alterations (e.g., word choice, sentence structure) to improve readability and flow.
• Constructive criticism includes tracked comments with brief suggestions about improving the text's overall structure and argument. (For in-depth criticism, however, please consult a subject-matter expert in your field.)
NOTE: For professional and ethical reasons, I will NOT research/write original academic work for you, nor complete other tasks that might constitute academic misconduct. My services only involve proofreading, editing, critique, coaching, etc.
