d) Book cover designs run about $129.99 per book for one format (includes front, back, and spine)

e) Book manuscript layout formatting runs about $199.99 for up to 30,000 word-count per book (includes paperback and ebook, ebook and hardback, or paperback and hardback)

f) Book manuscript layout formatting for up to 30,000 word-count AND book cover formatting runs between $249.99-$349.99 per book (includes ebook and paperback, ebook and hardcover, or paperback and hardcover)
