-Yeah, I've been there as well.

Revisions are normal.
When I estimate how long a project will take or how much it will cost, I assume there could be revisions.
But I've never needed more than two to make a client happy.
If you're not happy I will continue to revise until you are.
On a fixed price project, the price will stay fixed.
On an hourly project, no additional time will be billed if more than two revisions are needed.
It hasn't happened yet, but my luck may run out eventually. If it happens on your project, it won't become your problem.
