If you need a manuscript edited, then I'm your girl! I have several years of experience in editing and proofreading, across a multitude of genres. I'm happy to take on any project, except horror fiction. For this, I charge $0.0075 per word. I'm also willing to carry out a short, 500-word free trial to see how well we work together.

I primarily work on romance, historical and YA fiction, though I've also worked on my fair share of sci-fi, fantasy and non-fiction manuscripts. I offer developmental, line and copy editing, as well as proofreading and editorial assessments. Initial consult
The first step is discussing what you want out of an edit. Are there particular areas you want focused on, such as pacing or dialogue? We'll also discuss your intended audience & genre. This ensures we're on the same page about your goals.
Editing begins
After you submit your manuscript to me, I start work. I'll check in with you regularly to keep you abreast of my progress, and may ask clarifying questions if I run into any roadblocks.
