First read
This will be the first read-through to capture the feel of the story. I will put myself into the POV of the target audience and from there will get insight into what the average reader wants from your story.
Second read
I will look for consistency in flow and pacing. The dialogue, plot, and quality of writing will be assessed for its wholeness as well as its effectiveness for the reader. I will add my critiques as inline edits.
