On the heels of launching our rebrand, it was time to tell the world what’s possible on Upwork – and what better way than through large-scale projects for some of the world’s most iconic brands? So with this inspiration, we created Upwork CoLab.

Upwork CoLab is a reality web series showcasing inspiring collaborations between independent talent and renowned brands and entrepreneurs. The program gives a behind-the-scenes look as brands interview, hire, and collaborate with freelancers on mission-critical projects – all on the Upwork platform.

The work and campaign earned significant coverage in publications like Ad Age and Adweek. Nearly two million people saw it on social, grabbing over 500,000 digital impressions, and emails had an impressive open rate of 29.3%. Yet, the greatest result was seeing what’s possible when we bring the right people together to create something great on Upwork.
