• Coordinate communication between doctor's offices, patients, and insurance companies, including faxing notes and following up on requests.
• Manage administrative tasks in Simple Practice, such as uploading received faxes, updating patient information, and leaving clear status notes.
• Assist in speech therapy projects and green screen initiatives.
• Reach out to parents regarding treatment plan updates, reminders, and intake forms.
• Conduct initial phone screenings for potential patients seeking online speech therapy services.
• Support with Disability paperwork and prepare progress and evaluation reports based on previous documents.
• Monitor and manage upcoming patient authorizations, Medicaid eligibility changes, and annual intake form renewals.
• Conduct quarterly chart reviews and audits to ensure chart accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in new patient intake processes, including scheduling consultations and evaluations.
• Schedule make-up sessions and appointments for therapy sessions.
• Provide feedback to improve workflow efficiency and organization.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisors and promptly respond to inquiries.
