Our company, Physical Therapy Owners Club (https://ptoclub.com/) is putting on its first in-person event and is looking to use an event planner to help us make it fun, valuable, and successful, such that we and the attendees want to make this an annual event. We have a long-running podcast, a group of 20 PT owners whom we coach, a FB Group of ~800, and a couple thousand in our email list. A successful event for us would be 50 people in attendance. We need all the help - site (we're looking at Destin, FL, Sept 20-21, 2024), marketing, optimal attendee experience, sponsorship procurement, registration/landing page creation, payment solution, etc. We have an idea for a budget but, having not done this before, we don't know if it's in line with industry standards. Ideally we will make it a profitable venture with the involvement of sponsors.
