Looking for an event photographer for Battery Seminar 2024 (https://plugvolt.com/seminars) being hosted in San Jose, CA between July 16-18, 2024. You will be expected to take photographs of event speakers, attendees, exhibitors, food setup, etc. between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm PDT on all 3 days. You will also be required to sign a Copyright Release Form granting the company (PlugVolt) permission to reproduce and use any and all portions of the photographs taken for any purpose whatsoever, which may include but is not limited to, website publishing, use in marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, invitations, cards, e-newsletters, etc., without any direct or indirect compensation such as licensing fees, royalty, etc. or recognition given to you (Photographer).
