I am looking to help rebuild a survey tool using Bubble.io. The app I have 85% built is a survey tool that interfaces with a basic logic matrix. User inputs what industries and sub-industries appropriately describe where the company operates, and the tool then populates the relevant disclosure topics with a corresponding set of questions for that disclosure topic and preset answers the user could choose from. While the user selects or inputs the answers, the tool captures all these responses in one row on a database, creating a unique record. When the user has completed all the relevant disclosure topic questions and clicks FINISH the tool populates the preset deliverable template to display only that record's relevant disclosure topics along with the corresponding questions and the user's answers. The question and answer options are all laid out in a consistent, matrix format and are consistent. I have a version of the tool currently, however the formatting is not good because the underlying data was not structured correctly. So we have rebuilt and organized the underlying source data, and now I need to do a rebuild of the logic engine and connect it to the UI/UX. We have a consistent cleansed master question and answer bank so that we can build a deliverable with appropriate formatting and outputs.
