Hello, I want to get STL and design files for Plastic Ice Hockey Shooting pads (will attach photos) I wanted to get any ideas that you have to develop these plastic hockey pads very efficiently with the right manufacturing process and also the right technique to imprint a logo onto the plastic sheet in the center. (logo attached). I assume that cutting plastic sheets with laser or CNC machining is ideal and cost effective. Which technique(s) makes more sense and is cost effective yet optimal. Is it screen painting or laser engraving or 3D printing the logo below onto these plastic pads? I would like to develop 3 different hockey pads HOCKEY PAD of 24inch x 48inch, thickness:15mm HOCKEY PAD of 28inch x 54inch, thickness:15mm HOCKEY PAD of 32inch x 64inch, thickness:15mm Material wise, I am thinking UHMW Polyethylene and HDPE plastic.
