We're seeking an experienced LMS Administrative Manager to join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional educational content through our state of the art web-based Learning Management System (LMS). Onlinececredits.com is a growing market leading online CE platform that averages 9.8K new users per month and 22K unique web sessions per month, as of May 2024.
Position Overview: The LMS Administrative Manager will play a pivotal role, spearheading the customer learning experience portion of managing and delivering our online learning content. This includes serving as the primary customer care agent, ensuring the LMS platform is graphically engaging and optimized, workflows function smoothly, and system performance/content delivery is reliable and excellent. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, customer-focused, conscientious, independent and self-starting, customer and stakeholder responsive, and passionate about delivering educational content that makes an impact and is industry unparalleled.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire lifecycle of online course content, from initial publishing to user feedback analysis and continuous improvement through iterative fixes and/or re-design as appropriate.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
• Utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools to create interactive, intuitive, user friendly, and engaging end-user course workflows.
• Monitor and report on user engagement, customer feedback, and financial metrics, recommending improvements based on data insights.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in e-learning technology and available features to continuously improve our online CE offerings.
• Serve as webinar event coordinator, working together with our A/V technical staff member and the event’s instructor to facilitate live webinar events (approx. 3-4 events per week, mostly on Fridays).
• Build and test both Live Event and Home Study courses within our LMS, ensuring written copy is fully captured in all course modules and that layout and content is free of errors.
• Utilize AI-driven software for efficient content creation and manipulation, such as to efficiently build quiz and evaluation modules from speaker provided learning materials.
• Implement simple web-based enhancements and address light technical issues based on user feedback. Elevate more complex issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with our web developer for routine website maintenance and special project website enhancements.
• Offer recommendations for learning platform improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or technical degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of LMS content management and editing.
• Strong proficiency working on LMS platforms and complex Wordpress websites.
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with a natural ability to maintain attention to detail, be an empowered self-started, and work under clear and targeted but minimal direction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and thinking “outside the box” to suggest improvements as you see fit.
