About Company: WORKU is a recently established content marketing agency committed to enhancing our client's marketing and sales authority by boosting their credibility in the digital age. Through strategic planning and execution, we work closely with our stakeholders, conducting thorough market research, consulting services, and running collaborative workshops. Our aim is to forge impactful affiliate/influencer partnerships and craft compelling content tailored specifically to their unique needs and guiding their internal team. Responsibilities: - Affiliate/Influencer Partnerships: Develop and optimize affiliate marketing programs using platforms such as PartnerStack, Impact.com, or GrowthHero. Manage influencer partnership processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. - Strategic Research and Analysis: Perform detailed market research to identify trends, assess competitor strategies, and uncover growth opportunities. Synthesize findings into strategic insights that will inform outreach and differentiation strategies. - Content Creation and Management: Oversee the development and editing of content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This includes managing social media presence, editing articles, blogs, and contributing to the production of live webinars. - Workshop Facilitation and Strategic Presentations: Lead collaborative workshops with stakeholders to brainstorm, tackle specific challenges, and craft strategic roadmaps. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that outline research findings and strategic recommendations. Qualifications: - Proven experience (2-3 years) in marketing, specifically with responsibilities in affiliate/influencer partnerships, market research, and content strategy. - Demonstrable skills in conducting comprehensive market analysis and creating impactful content. - Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting, with flexibility to attend bi-daily video meetings. - A proactive approach, with a capability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. - Proficiency in OBS software and experience in managing digital events is a plus.
