We are a fiber optic systems and components manufacturer with an in-house lab for testing optical transceivers with network switches. We are looking for a network engineer with CCNP or equivalent experience to configure Cisco Nexus 9000-series switch to be used with optical network traffic analyzer. The short-term project will require the network engineer to be on site (northern New Jersey) for the duration. The expected deliverables are a set of configurations that can be loaded to perform various test scenarios. An example of work is configuring a 100Gb port into 4x 25Gb breakout ports and directing the incoming traffic to a designated port at Layer 2 or Layer 3, simulating a loopback adapter.

I am looking for a network engineer that is proficient in Cisco and Fortigate firewalls and switches. This position is to supplement areas that I cannot handle when I am providing my customers technical support. I will give you tasks and pay you when they are complete. I will need a response within 24 hours and task completion can be scheduled. I will also need you if there is an emergency at a customer.
