Job Title: Project Manager/Personal Assistant Location: Remote/USA Hours: Part-time, 10-15 hours per week (willing to negotiate) About Us: I am a single Dad and business owner needing help in executing personal and professional projects that I don’t have the time to complete. I need help being organized, prioritized, and accountable. This person would help lead me in finding solutions and resources and tracking the tasks to complete the projects. We would track these in Asana. A sample of projects would include: -- Work with my accountant and me to complete 2023 taxes -- Work with my banks to find higher-interest-rate accounts for my savings -- Help complete a new short-term rental application with the town of Mammoth (for my Airbnb property) -- Help sell my car by researching selling prices and posting ads -- Help find a new financial advisor and clean up my personal finances -- Help find an Estate Planning attorney to create to will and estate plan -- Help arrange family vacations with the kids over the summer --…and several more projects like this. Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and completion of various personal and professional projects. From defining project scopes to coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery, the Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our initiatives forward. Key Responsibilities: Lead the definition and planning phases of projects, including setting objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify viable solutions and strategies for project implementation. Utilize Asana application to create and manage project tasks, track progress, and communicate updates effectively. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and address any concerns or issues. Exercise strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and ensure project success. Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout all stages of project execution. Work autonomously to identify and prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Continuously evaluate project performance and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in both personal and professional settings. Proficiency in using project management tools, with advanced knowledge of Asana preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project deliverables.
