We are seeking an experienced developer proficient in Microsoft Teams integration to address and consult on critical connectivity and notification challenges within our VoIP web application embedded in the Microsoft Teams Application. Our application maintains SIP registration with a hosted PBX service and is embedded within the Microsoft Teams environment. However, we encounter significant challenges with maintaining SIP registration upon navigating away from the embedded application, resulting in re-provisioning attempts upon returning to the application interface. Additionally, our application generates notifications which are currently displayed within the browser interface. We aspire to seamlessly integrate these notifications within the Microsoft Teams environment. Project Overview: Our development efforts face the following challenges: 1. SIP Registration Stability: Upon clicking away from our embedded VoIP web application within Microsoft Teams, SIP registration with our hosted PBX service is lost after a brief period. Additionally, each time the application is re-accessed, the web application attempts re-provisioning. We seek expertise and consultation in configuring Teams settings or implementing custom solutions to prevent SIP registration loss and eliminate unnecessary re-provisioning attempts. 2. Notification Integration: We aim to seamlessly integrate notifications from our web application to the Microsoft Teams environment, ensuring users receive updates even when not actively engaged with the application. We seek guidance on implementing effective notification mechanisms within the Teams Web UI environment or alternative strategies to relay notifications to users. Desired Expertise: - Proficiency in Microsoft Teams integration, VOIP web application development, and notification systems. - Experience with maintaining SIP registration, addressing connectivity issues, and integrating notifications within the Teams environment. - Ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions to ensure stable SIP registration, prevent re-provisioning, and optimize notification delivery. - Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
