Manley Creative is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agency Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager to assist in the oversight and coordination of projects for our agency clients from inception to completion. Along with the Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and production, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is an exceptional leader, communicator, team player, and problem-solver, with a proven track record of successfully coordinating projects in an agency setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Accountable for project scope, schedule, and communication management.
- Independently assess project requirements, set priorities, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Partner with the Systems department to manage project management tool, assisting in setting up new users with access and training.
- Assist in planning tasks and understanding the importance of aligning efforts with goals/objectives and strategic decisions that will deliver on those goals.

SKILLS
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an agency or creative services/production environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects on time while maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think critically, problem-solve and adapt quickly.
- Ability to react to ever-changing project requirements and timelines, while ensuring overall deadlines are met.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience working in a project management software, Teamwork or similar, is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification or Professional Scrum Master™ certification is a plus.
We are looking for someone with an intermediate level of expertise in project coordination and Teamwork software.
