I run a healthcare research consultancy and need help with document management, data entry, admin assistance and general digital organization. I may also need your help in scheduling travel, doing basic research tasks, and making calls. Skills: - Clear communication - Attention to detail - Kind and easy to work with - Curiosity and willingness to learn Software - Google Docs - Microsoft Excel Ideally you have experience, or at least interest, in healthcare research, especially biotech investment research. 5-10 hours per week to start, with potential to grow over time if we work well together.

Need an admin assistant for a ticket broker/ecommerce company. You will be responsible for doing the daily tasks and keeping things organized and running smoothly. Checking and organizing emails - You must be able to recognize important emails and renewals etc and create a task list which you will complete when needed. You will also be monitoring multiple email boxes and organizing as needed. Data entry - You will need to be highly accurate with data entry. Entering in season renewal data on google sheets, creating tasks lists, organizing codes and passwords, organizing data, creating new accounts and recording. Other Misc Duties - You will be communicating with separate support team as needed for help with issues, creating new CC, adding in seasons, etc. You will be placing orders and renewing season tickets as needed. You may need to manually list some orders on POS system and forward orders to proper channels and record on google sheet. You will need to register for verified fan codes, fan clubs, and similar things. You may need to make some occasional phone calls and be able to handle them properly. You will also need to try to obtain new season tickets by any means possible. Creating virtual addresses and mailboxes, talking to season ticket reps, filling out interest forms, obtaining PSL etc. You will need to research new and up and coming artists metrics and data and past sales to see if they will be good for resale. Other duties as needed. Must be able to communicate via phone and/or google chat. Hours are somewhat flexible but must be able to sync up with myself at least part of the day or night. This will start out as a very part time position ie less then 10 hours a week but will evaluate and increase as needed and make sure you are the right person. Could turn into full time position down the road. Prior experience in this field is a huge plus.
