We're looking for a professional videographer who is available to film real estate properties/apartment complex in Boise, ID. Preferably someone who's comfortable using Sony A7iv, Sony A7siii and who's also a drone operator Located / can travel to Boise, ID on Wednesday, May 8th to Saturday, May 11th. The budget is $500 per property, and we're looking to film two separate properties in the same area. Filming will include a walkthrough video of the floor plans, amenities, and nearby landmark, as well as general b-roll of the property. Video will focus on a leasing agent who will be talking through the entire tour, so audio equipment would also be necessary. Candidates are expected to share a portfolio / sample video projects and will be provided with a shot list for the entire tour. The goal of the entire project is to create a full tour video of the property. We're a home services company here in Houston, TX and have a need to create some new videos that will be used on some of our television campaigns (and repurposed on other channels, etc).
