Hi, I am Anna and welcome to my overview. I have over 20 years experience of working in all aspects of administration departments within various office environments in UK offices. My duties included ordering consumables and goods for resale, matching orders to delivery notes, checking delivery notes against orders, before matching to invoice and checking once again. I have also worked in the purchase ledger department, where I received invoices for a final check before placing them onto accounting system, closing accounts at month end, raising cheques for payments due and listing all cheques in a manual ledger book. Dealing with incoming telephone calls on reception and dealing with calls for purchase ledger. I assisted the sales ledger department with raising invoices and chasing up late payments. General post opening, paying in book duties for cheques received and taking to the bank. General typing of letters and manual invoices for bespoke items and dealing with the Managing Directors typing. I took 10 years out of employment to raise children however during that time I qualified as a swimming instructor and taught children of all ages and adults how to swim as well as volunteering at the local synchronised swimming club to teach synchronised swimming moves to girls between the ages of 8 and 18 up to competition level. In 2016 I moved from the UK to Tunisia. I began teaching locals to speak English on a voluntary basis. I found I enjoyed this so much that I decided to train as a teacher of English and completed my TEFL course. I currently teach on a one-to-one basis out of my apartment. I have 4 regular students whom all attend two 1 hour lessons per week. I have one previous student who has now passed her A1 English Test, left Tunisia and settled in the UK with her English Husband. I am available for work any time of the day and any day of the week.
