Summary

AM Global Pack (USA) is seeking an experienced Accountant with strong expertise in QuickBooks Online (US version) to support our financial operations and processes related to import, costs, and international suppliers. This is a full-time, long-term remote position with a preference for candidates from Latin America.

Deliverables

Daily management of QuickBooks Online
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Review and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Record invoices, bills, and supplier payments
Prepare monthly reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
Calculate and assign landed costs
Organize accounting documents and support for audits
