We are growing fast and need a data-driven Ads Manager who understands how to run profitable campaigns and track ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) for high-ticket medical services.

Your Role

As our Ads Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google that generate high-quality cosmetic dental leads.

You will work closely with our creative team (design + video + copywriting) to test angles, launch variations, and optimize every part of the funnel.

This is a long-term role, not one-off work.

🔥 Key Responsibilities
1. Build & Launch Ad Campaigns

Meta Ads

Google Ads

TikTok Ads

Cold, warm, and retargeting funnels

Conversion ads, lead forms, landing pages

Tracking setup (pixels, events, UTM, etc.)

2. Optimize for Lead Quality & Cost

Lower CPL without lowering quality

A/B test audiences, creatives, and angles

Identify creative fatigue early

Improve conversion steps (lead forms, LP, DMs, etc.)

3. Monitor Daily Performance

CPM, CTR, CVR, CAC

Lead quality, booking rate, show rate

Spend efficiency

Ad frequency & fatigue

Retargeting flow

4. Full Reporting Including ROAS

You must be able to track and clearly explain:

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Cost per lead (CPL)

Cost per booked consult (CPB)

Cost per start

Conversion rates across the funnel

Attribution across audiences and creatives

5. Collaboration

Work with designers to test new visuals

Work with copywriters on angles

Work with video editors on hooks & scripts

Work with GHL/automation team on CRM

Communicate directly inside WhatsApp with our team

🧠 Required Skills

Expert-level Meta Ads experience

Experience with high-ticket service lead gen

Strong analytical & optimization skills

Clear understanding of ROAS, attribution, and data interpretation

Ability to scale campaigns past $100–$500/day

Excellent communication and reporting skills
