Project Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer / Automation Engineer to build and integrate a smart conversational AI assistant and booking system that works seamlessly within our GoDaddy website. The solution should elevate our customer experience, automate partner communications, and streamline the booking and payment process.

Core Objectives:

The ideal system will:

Conversational AI Avatar – Integrate an interactive avatar (compatible with GoDaddy, e.g., HeyGen, D-ID, or Tidio) to guide customers through the booking process and answer questions in real time.

Smart Booking Integration – Connect with a booking calendar tool such as SimplyBook.me, Acuity, or Calendly, embedded directly on our GoDaddy site to display live availability.

Automated Payments & Splits – Use Stripe Connect or PayPal Adaptive Payments to securely manage deposits and automatically split payments between Photo Glam Booth, vendors, and partners.

Partner Notification & Approval System – Trigger automated email and SMS alerts (via Twilio, Zapier, or Make.com) so partners can accept or decline jobs before the customer completes their booking.

Customer & Partner Portals – Provide portals (built via Airtable, Google AppSheet, or Notion) for customers and partners to view booking details, updates, and communication logs.

Automation & Integration Layer – Use Zapier or Make.com for workflow automations connecting all tools (calendar → payment → notifications → dashboards).

Technical Skills Required:

Proficiency in AI chatbot or avatar technologies (e.g., D-ID, HeyGen, Tidio, Botpress, Manychat).

Experience integrating systems into GoDaddy websites using HTML embeds, scripts, and custom code.

Strong understanding of Stripe Connect, Zapier, and workflow automation.

Experience building dashboards or portals (Airtable, Google Sheets, AppSheet).

Knowledge of webhooks, APIs, and secure data handling.

Soft Skills & Deliverables:

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ability to collaborate and iterate based on feedback.
