Amazon FBA Channel Manager – Full-Stack Operations, Listings, PPC & Scaling

We’re building an Amazon FBA channel from scratch for an established eCommerce brand.
We’re looking for a full-stack Amazon FBA expert who can manage the entire lifecycle: operations, listing creation, keyword research, PPC setup, forecasting, shipping plans, and performance optimization.

This is NOT a basic VA role.
We need someone who understands Amazon as a system and can build a scalable, optimized FBA operation from zero.

You’ll work directly with our project manager and take ownership of the full channel development.

Responsibilities:
OPERATIONS

Create and manage FBA shipping plans

Prep, labeling, carton dimensions & compliance

Manage Seller Support tickets

Ensure account health and avoid listing suppression

Set up SOPs and workflows for long-term scalability

LISTINGS & SEO

Keyword research and competitor analysis

Create optimized titles, bullets, descriptions & backend keywords

Assist with A+ Content structure (optional)

Upload and optimize listings

FORECASTING & INVENTORY

Build forecasting and replenishment models

Define first shipment quantities

Monitor sell-through rate, aging & restock alerts

ANALYTICS & DASHBOARDS

Build KPI dashboard (Google Sheets or Looker Studio)

Track profitability, conversion, sessions, PPC results

Provide weekly performance reports

PPC (BASIC & ADVANCED)

Set up initial auto campaigns

Optimize keywords, negative terms, bids

Scale PPC efficiently without overspending

Requirements:

3+ years experience managing full Amazon FBA operations

Proven experience launching products from zero

Strong understanding of forecasting and replenishment

Expert in Seller Central, FBA requirements & compliance

Experience building dashboards (Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio)

Strong English communication

Available to collaborate in EST timezone

Ability to think strategically + handle hands-on execution

Bonus:
