At Hormones Balance and Wellena, we empower women to take charge of their hormonal health through education and clean, effective supplements. We’re a mission-driven company with a passionate community and a growing e-commerce presence. We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Store Manager to take ownership of our Amazon marketplace operations — optimizing listings, managing performance, and scaling our presence strategically.
**Key Responsibilities**
*Store Management & Optimization*
- Manage and oversee daily operations of our Amazon Seller Central account.
- Ensure product listings are optimized for SEO, discoverability, and conversion (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content, keywords, and images).
- Monitor product availability, pricing, and competitive positioning.
- Implement and manage promotions, coupons, and deals.
*Advertising & Growth*
- Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display Ads.
- Analyze advertising data to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Identify new opportunities for growth, such as expanding into new marketplaces or product categories.
*Analytics & Reporting*
- Track and report on key performance metrics: sales, sessions, conversion rates, ad performance, and organic ranking.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries with actionable insights.
- Analyze competitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
*Inventory & Fulfillment*
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure proper FBA and FBM inventory levels.
- Forecast demand and help prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Oversee shipment creation, replenishments, and returns.
*Customer Experience & Compliance*
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all listings meet Amazon’s policies and brand standards.
- Work with support teams to resolve account issues, product suspensions, or listing violations.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2+ years managing an Amazon Seller Central account (FBA/FBM experience required).
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, and conversion optimization.
- Proven track record of growing sales and improving store performance.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- Experience in supplements, health, or wellness products is a plus.
Bonus: Experience with Helium10, JungleScout, or similar tools.
**What We Offer**
- Flexible schedule and remote work.
- Opportunity to grow within a mission-driven, health-conscious brand.
