Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Listings & Ads Manager to oversee and optimize our product listings, advertising campaigns, and overall marketplace performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth through effective listing optimization and PPC advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Listings Management
Create, optimize, and manage high-quality Amazon product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ Content/Brand Story.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve organic visibility.
Ensure all listings meet Amazon’s guidelines and maintain high content accuracy.
Monitor listing performance, identify issues (suppressed listings, incorrect categorizations, etc.), and resolve them promptly.
Amazon Advertising (PPC) Management
Plan, build, and manage Amazon advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
Optimize campaigns to achieve target ACOS/ROAS and maximize profitability.
Analyze search term reports, adjust bids, and identify growth opportunities.
Test new advertising strategies, placements, and keywords to improve performance.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track key performance metrics such as conversions, traffic, sales, ACOS, TACOS, and keyword rankings.
Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to guide strategy decisions.
Account Maintenance & Growth
Manage inventory alerts, pricing strategy, and Buy Box performance.
Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, content updates, and brand consistency.
Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and respond to customer messages when needed.
Stay updated with Amazon policies, tools, and best practices to maintain account health and compliance.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
Experience managing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, or similar is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings/campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with A+ Content creation and Amazon Brand Registry.
Graphic design or copywriting skills (not required but highly valued).
Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management.
