Your Mission:
Help us grow from early launch to 1 000+ paying users using organic content loops and smart, low-budget paid tests.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a 90-day organic & paid growth plan focused on TikTok and Meta (IG + FB).

Identify and collaborate with micro-influencers aligned with mindfulness, wellness, and personal growth.

Plan and run small-budget tests to validate best-performing creatives.

Create viral hooks, ad concepts, and short-form video scripts that drive installs and community engagement.

Track key metrics (CPI, CTR, retention, LTV) and optimize creative iterations.

Collaborate directly with the founder.

Requirements:

Proven results launching or scaling wellness / mental-health / lifestyle apps.

Expertise in TikTok & Meta ads + organic content.

Understanding of emotional storytelling and brand positioning.
