Appointment Setter/Closer

We are seeking a sharp and proactive Appointment Setter/Closer to work full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM UTC, responsible for calling potential clients, gathering and verifying their business information, and updating all details in Kentico CMS. The role includes discussing advertising options, collecting images and content via WhatsApp, updating Kentico with the final materials, and assisting clients with Mobile Money payments. Candidates must have strong sales experience—preferably appointment setting or closing—along with call center or customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision. Familiarity with Asana for task management is required, and the ideal candidate should be quick-thinking, organized, and capable of handling responsibilities without confusion or unnecessary questions.
