We’re building a high-performance outbound team for RealRevenue, a fast-growing sales & growth agency. We provide full systems, workflows, and automations — you plug in, execute, and get paid.

We’re looking for experienced or high-potential Appointment Setters / SDRs who can book qualified sales calls through Instagram DMs and email outreach.

This is a long-term role with clear promotion paths and uncapped earning potential.

📌 Responsibilities
• Send outbound Instagram DMs (scripts + guidance provided)
• Execute warm/hot outreach via email
• Follow proven RealRevenue DM frameworks and workflows
• Hit daily outreach & booking targets
• Update CRM, track conversations, and hand off interested leads to our closers
• Use our systems (n8n workflows, lead scrapers, Instantly lists — all provided)

This is not random manual prospecting.
You’ll be working with pre-built systems, automations, and lead sources.

💰 Compensation
• $2,000 USD commission per client closed
• % of revenue share on signed clients
• Base pay unlocks after your first client is signed
• Weekly bonuses available for high performers
• Full-time top setters average $6K–$10K/month+

• Experience in appointment setting, sales development, or high-volume outreach preferred
• Strong written English
• Comfortable sending 50–200+ outbound messages daily
• Reliable communication and availability
• Coachable, disciplined, and hungry to earn
