We need a professional to execute a robust international sales strategy by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential B2B clients and setting appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
• Target Market Research: Identify and qualify potential international B2B buyers/distributors in target regions.
• Lead List Generation: Provide comprehensive prospect lists (Company Name, Contact Name, Title, Verified Email, and LinkedIn Profile URL).
• Outbound Communication: Execute personalized, professional, and compliant email/LinkedIn campaigns to introduce Ezma Industries and secure interest.
• Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule qualified meetings/calls for our Sales managers with decision-makers (e.g., procurement, import managers).
• CRM Management: Track all sales activities, conversations, and pipeline updates within our specified CRM system.
• Reporting: Deliver weekly reports detailing activity metrics and results.
Required Skills & Experience (Focus on Capability)
• Communication: Fluent, impeccable English written and verbal communication is mandatory.
• Compliance Awareness: Demonstrated understanding of international data protection and communication best practices (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Professional Tool Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard lead generation tools.
• Independent: Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively across international time zones.
